Victory Leaders Program Book

It is the vision of the Victory Leaders Band that all young people will become powerful spiritual forces with one purpose – to become soul winning individuals that change the hearts of all who they meet. Training for this task is an important step in the direction toward fulfilling this purpose. The Victory Leaders Program Book provides helpful guidance in developing effective services specifically for young people at your local church.  It is a helpful tool for all local VLB Leaders.
