What are the standard shipping charges?
Our advertised prices do not include shipping charges. Please place your order in the shopping cart to view shipping charges.
When Will I Receive My Merchandise?
We make every reasonable effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In most cases, in-stock items are shipped the next business day for domestic orders.
Shipping times will vary for back-ordered and out-of-stock products.
What do I do if I receive damaged or missing merchandise?
Delivery Damage: If there is damage to the package or merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. We will send replacement products after you contact us.
Missing items: Please report all missing item claims within five business days of delivery. Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
My order is marked as delivered, but I can't find my package. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear about your lost shipment. Please e-mail or call Customer Service at (423) 339-8264 as soon as possible to begin the claims process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship throughout the United States, Canada, and to most every country.
International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that the carrier may impose. The recipient must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes back-ordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship.
If an international shipment is refused or returned, any taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the customer's responsibility.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally delivered based on the shipping timeframe selected during checkout.
Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.
Can I expedite shipping?
Expedited shipping options are generally available and displayed at checkout for an additional cost and are subject to the terms and conditions of inventory.
Orders for in-stock items placed on business days are typically shipped the next business day.
Sorry, expedited shipping is unavailable for shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We can ship orders to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Note: Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders shipped to military APO/FPO addresses to be delivered.

We offer the convenience of in-store pick-up at our offices, at 197 Tillie Road NE, Cleveland, TN 37312, for customers in the surrounding counties.
