State/Regional/National Overseer's Monthly Report Forms

The State/Regional/National Overseer's Monthly Report Forms provide licensed ministers currently serving under general appointment as State/Regional/National Overseers with a convenient form to report regularly to their state/regional offices and General Headquarters. All overseers are required to submit this monthly report. This report book contains enough forms for one year of reporting. The Assembly designated the reporting system as one of the "helps" of 1 Corinthians 12:28.
